Through the "Student Voice" and "Suggestion Portal", we collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your name, email address (optional), department, and the content of your concerns or suggestions regarding the College of Engineering.

The data collected is used solely for the purpose of shaping the campaign agenda, identifying structural issues within the college, and providing actionable feedback to the relevant academic and administrative boards. We do not sell or distribute your personal information to third parties.
